Im 13 my body frame is medium and i weigh 154 lbs ( around there maybe less) and im 5"5. i've had a problem with my weight for a long time now. first it was anerexia then bulimia, then an obsession with food, i jus couldnt stop eating!! like i was addicted! then i went to a dieticion an im trying to sort it out. but is it true that excercising every day is bad for you? and also people say excercise 3 times a week, for like half an hour or 45 minutes, but how is that going to help you lose weight really? wen your doing so little?? i usually have one treat a week, but im just wondering how much weight do you think i could lose if i excercised around 4 times a week ( areobics/ dance ( intense dance) and i would excercise for around an hour. also i may go to the gym (which would be included in the 4 times) i really need to know how much i can lose in 10 months? im desperate! pleasee please help me! anyone who has any answers to help me?
