Just so you know, if you start now, you can definately lose 24 pounds in (a little over) 16 weeks. Do you have access to a gym? If not, I can still help you, but you have to understand that you won't lose all the weight next month. It will really take until March to lose it. And then you should keep it up to maintain it for life. Exercise is so fun, once you see the results. If you still need help let me know
