If you are trying to lose weight, and haven't exercised a lot in the past - start out with 20 mins of walking, jogging 7 times a week. (then each week add more time until you work your way up to 45 mins of cardio(any activity that keeps your heart beat up) You should also do lunges and squats, push ups to build a little muscle (muscles burns fat) for 20 mins 3 x a week. If you need tips on eating I can give lots of those. Pretty much ask me any questions and I will do my best research to find the answers that WILL help you. The number one thing to remember when trying to lose fat, is CONSISTANCY. You have to keep doing the workouts consistantly. And patience, it will take some time. How much do you weigh, how tall are you, what is the size of your body frame? Good luck.
