try and get in as much exercise as u can every day, even if it has to be walking around the couch 100 times! a good way of exercise is to dance, it dosent matta at all if u cant because its not as if sum1 will b watching u, do lots of big movements and make them very fast, and do it to very fast music! ask ur mum or dad or whoever u lkive with (who u can talk to bout loosing weight) to hide junk foods in the house, in a place where u would nva know where they would b, other wise look at the food and think to ur self " do i really need this?" then go and find a room and look through a mag, and c sum1 with the perfect bod, and think, " if i want that bod, his is what ive got to do" adn then just go get a nice bowel of delious fruit and write me an email!! Do u know those raro drinks that u make wiht water? well if u do, then wat ya should do is buy sum suger free ones and freese them and put teaspoons in them for then sticks, and then u can eat them when u feel like a treat, or u can try the weight watchers icecream, it tastes soo nice and is so low in fat! i used to have chippies, buns, biskits, u know stuff like that for lunch like every day, and now i dont, i also dont drink fizzy drinks to. and i know this is hard to belive BUT ITS NOT THAT HARD!!!! and if i can do it YOU CAN GO IT! and u will ok good luck nicole
