| Reply from Melanie, Age 12 - 11/15/02 - IP#: 142.163.8.xxx bigbb-c6679 Hey! Thats the same as me but I'm 12. I'm about 5 foot 3 and I don't look 190 but I am. I wear a size 18 or 38 in pants. I want to lose about 60 pounds too!!! I think what I am going to do is walk on day , bike the next and so on. I am going to only drink water or milk and not eat desert. I am only going to eat a litle bit of junk food on the week-end and thats it. To stop cravings you can drink water, that fills you up. I also do crunchs TWO days and weights the next and so on. I keep trying to start and STAY on this workout but I always stop after a few days. It makes you feel great when you do do it. What should I do with my Hallowe'en candy? I think I should throw it away. I have been walking with my mom since July( not all the time) But I feel like I have lost weight but the scale says I haven't. I haven't started weight lihting yet so it can't be that. What do you think it is? Do you think that because I was walking I gained muscel? Well thanks ! Sorry if my adive or plan is long!! Bye!!!!! |
