If you go on a diet get rid of all the fatty things and make sure you have plenty of fruit. Get Nonfat milk, nonfat yogurt etc. Diet drinks are good too. Keep working out and if you want to eat sweets frozen yogurt is great! I'm on this diet myself and see my arms are shaping nicely along with my stomach. The stopmach may be hard for guys becuz it's easier for girls but harder for us to lose our thighs and butt, that's just how it goes.
