| Reply from Katie, Age 13 - 11/5/02 - IP#: 208.155.75.xxx bigbb-c6555 I've lost 22 lbs. Just exercise, Aerobics did it for me. Don't eat as much sugar, or unhealthy stuff. Eat morefruit. Don't go cold turkey with sugar. Once you start to lose weight, it will get harder so i suggest to give your self a easy exercise plan at first and build up. Take small steps when you eat. Start to eat less, then when your stomach adjusts to that, you can reduce your food intake a little more, and so on. Hopl this will help you. |
