I've had a lot of experience losing weight, and the first thing you have to make sure you do is to forget trying to look like other people because it will never happen. I don't mean to say you will never be as good looking as them, because that's not true, you just will never have the same appearance, body shape, etc. As for the healthy food, way to go...it's really hard to get used to it at first, but now I can't even imagine eating fried foods and other stuff...try to go to a health food store- you'd be suprised at how tasty their food is
