It was hard for me too, samantha. When I was your age, I weighed about 220. Then, at 14, i weighed 249. Dont be disapointed in yourself. I now weigh 136 and I am still losing. Just start from where you are. Assuming that you are extremely inactive, (LOL, YEAH RIGHT) you should be burning about 3000 - 4000 calories a day, and that would be if you were sleeping 27/7. So, to lose about 5 - 10 lbs a month, only eat about 1500 - 2000 calories a day and no more then about 20 g of fat. that should help, that is what i did :) good luck! you rock!
