Calm down, listen, I think u probably need to start paying some attention to your eating habits. I suggest that u eat normally for 3 days and record everything in a book. Then find out how many calories u have consumed and average them out. If it's over 2000, u need to cut back, if it's under 1400, chance are u cheated on writing it down, or all you have to do is GET UP AND MOVE. Try walking, running, anything that gets you moving for 30 minutes or more a day. Don't forget to stretch either!! Good luck.
