Start eating some more fruits and vegetables and maybe a little less dessert.Drinking a lot of ice water makes you fuller faster.Drink some water when you get a craving and drink some ICE water before meals bacause it shrinks your stomch a little and makes you full faster.I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
