u don't have to resist snacking, you just have to resist the wrong foods. when your body, or any teens really, goes 4 hours without eating it slows down and burns fewer calories then it would if you just went ahead and had an apple after school. just eat low calorie foods but eat 3 snacks and 3 meals. one snack between the meals obviously. so it would be breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. just dont go more then 4 hours without eating except for when u sleep. hope this helps. ;)
