I suggest to keep up your exercise routine, you're doing great, and to really speed up the weight loss, start reducing calories. Start at 2000, and decrease by 200 calories a week until you get to 1400 or 1200. Make sure you drink a lot of water, and do whatever makes you feel the best. I wish you tons of luck! |
