that is not real good for u because u need some meat in your diet to.. meat is good for u if u dont eat to much of it.eat some tuna fish. i usually eat tuna fish 2-3 times a day. its almost a perfect food, 13g of protein and .5g fat. its really good for u, but make sure u get the kind in water not in oil. that water kind i think taste better and it i ALOT better for u. hope this helps.
