hey ive got some good stomcha exercises. first do some crunches, cross your arms across your chest and come up some, then u can do some reverse crunches, keep your head in the air and have your legs in the air but your knees bent over at a 90 degree angle then use your lower abs to bring your legs close to your chest then do that over and over, then work your obliques by doing crunches where u put your opposite elbow to your opp. knee. that works the obliques, make sure u do both sides. but thats not the most important thing when doing abs, it is form and how u do them, u will tell a big difference if u do them right,, and it will work alot faster! u need to keep your abs tightend for the WHOLE ecercise.. so when your going down, dont just release your abs try and keep them tight u will prob only be able to do as half as many right ab exercise if u do them right.. hope this helps.
