brandon,piss off. hi! for your weight, dun be offended k?, i suggest that you start eating plenty of fruits and vegs, i read this book from a nutritionist who recommended that this woman went on a ONLY fruits and vegs diet and she lost a whole bunch. of course, eat fruits like apples, oranges and those above 75% water cuz there ARE fruits with fruit fat such as avocados. and try to exercise. if you are ashamed to be seen running around your town, just get a exercise video or do situps or skip rope. swim if you can cuz dats the best activity ever! need more help? post on this board and i will reply u
