angeli, YOU shut up....she's entitled to her opinion, and that doesn't mean it's necessarily YOURS. Heather, u could join a swimteam...that's what i did, and it really helped me!! drink a lot of water, eat healthy, cut down on the carbs (pasta, bread, rice) and junk food. hope this helped! =P
