Secondly, YOU GET UGLY TEETH!!! your stomach contains A LOT of acids, and when you make yourself throw up constantly, it destroys your teeth's enamel (which CANNOT be replaced), so that leads to having horrible teeth 4 tha rest of your life. You will look gaunt and disgusting because you never eat, you'll always be hungry all the time, you won't have any energy, you'll fail in school because you can't concentrate on anything....what gigi said wuz true, so DON'T GO PUKING TO LOSE WEIGHT, YOU'LL EITHER END UP IN REHAB WITH ALL THE OTHER GIRLS WHO STARVE THEMSELVES, OR END UP GAINING WEIGHT WHEN YOU START EATING AGAIN, AND BE EVEN MORE UNHAPPY. if you lose weight STEADILY, you'll keep it off, TRUST ME.eat healthy, NO FRIES, PIZZA OR HAMBURGERS, CUT DOWN ON THE CARBS (like pasta, bread and rice), AND DOUBLE UP THOSE VEGGIES AND FRUITS!! what i do is i try to at least eat 20 baby carrots a day, plus 3 fruits. Drink water, it'll trick your stomach into thinking it's full. LOTS OF WATER, it gives you BEAUTIFUL skin and hair, AND it sheds off the pounds VERY QUICKLY. follow this, and i promise you that you will see results, BUT IF YOU THROW UP ON PURPOSE, YOU'LL BE HURTING YOURSELF BADLY, AND WILL LOOK HORRIBLE. |
