i know exactly how you feel. my best friend hates her body. she cant even wear a bathing suit because she feels like a ridiculous lump of flab. she tried to lose weight for her family but it went completely wrong. to lose weight fast i think you should walk a little bit more each day and cut down on the sweets. also eat at least five friut and veg a day. remember eat if you are hungry and dont eat every thing on the plate if you dont want to. chew gum so you wont have to eat food. do lots of push ups and other types of excercises such as swimming and jogging. play your favourite sport a lot to. sit ups help to make your belly toned up and position your boobs nicely instead of drooping down on your belly. remember that you are a beutiful person and never doubt yourself. losing weight requires patience so never give up and try your hardest. also get your mum and family and freinds to cook healthy food and excercise with you. good luck.
