Sorry I was mean to you before. I thought you were someone who was rude to me when I was asking a question just because I asked a question that didn't have to do with weight. Doing pilates for about 40 min, depending on your weight will probably burn about 200 calories an hour. Pilates has more to do with streching and tone than losing weight. A good exercise that I found that burns alot of calories is a eliptical trainer. That I do for a half hour and burns 360 calories! Sorry about before!
