ok gurrl. I was also 140, and i also lost 20 lbs. And i also want to loose about 10 more. But you know the doctor can tell by looking at yuor glands in your throat, if youve been throwing up. And i know i want to loose like 30 lbs before school, wich was in a month but, i did loose alot. And just remeber there is no dedline, for loosing wieght. plz be careful.
