Ae you sure about this stuff? Doesnt sound too true? do you know this stuff for a fact or are you just thinking this stuff up as you wrote it? My plan that was listed below sounded kinka good in a way. If I continue for a month I could really loose some pounds! -and to those who replied thinking I was making my plan up - you are nuts..I neant what I said and no I wont get caught if I can control when i throw up...that is the key...is there a way to control it or does it just "come out" whenever it wants to after I take the "epikak" ? does anyone here know?????
