Hey Kiara I get the same sometimes I mostly eat because im bored or because 'it's there' but I try to keep myself occupied by sending e-mails or reading or something. If you went for a long walk it would give you a chance to think of your progress as well as keeping your mind off food *and you will burn up calories as well* Another tip is to drink loads of water *not only is it GREAT for your hair,skin and body but it will also fill you up* Hope this helps good luck Shaz :)
