If you look alright now, then maybe instead of just losing weight, you could work on gaining muscle. That way you won't look "sickly" like your sister, but you would weigh less, and be healthier. The muscle would take the place of the fat that you would loose, but it would weigh less. Does that make sense? Just do strength training and a bit of cardio. I think that should work.
