I started out doing 100 a day then slowly raised it up to 150 in the morning 150 in the afternoon and 150 in the evening... but you have to raise it up slowly.. you should do a bit more than 2 a day though.. im not saying start out at 100 but about 10 in the morning and 10 in the evening is a good start for you.. im sorry if i sounded kinda rude... |
