| Reply from Rachel, Age 16 - 8/22/02 - IP#: 24.192.202.xxx bigbb-c5820 u have to eat low-fat meal and exercise in order to lose fat on ur smotach. doing push-ups don't work cuz u can't spot reduce. it means to get rid of fat from certain areas by doing certain exercise. that doesn't work. when u exercise, u get rid of fat from all over ur body. so uwill eventually get rid of flabby stomach. |
