| Reply from lena, Age 11 - 8/22/02 - IP#: 68.70.90.xxx bigbb_136-c5815 hey when i was ten i was 127 pounds and now im 107. what helped me was following the food pyramid but made some adjustments that my diet books told me. have 3-6 whole grain 9 fruits and vegetables (5 vegetables) (4 fruits) 2-3 high calcium foods 1-2 high protien foods it helped me alot! |
