A lot of people think it is bad to exercise everyday, but honestly it isn't. As long as you aren't run down, or feeling sick from the exercising then it is perfectly healthy to do. Everyday I do 30 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of pilates which is kind of like yoga, 20 minute walk, and crunches. So, I think that as long as you don't feel faint, loose breath or anything like that when you exercise it is perfectly fine. If you do just take a day off.
