John, I know how it feels to be afraid to go outside because you think ppl will tease you. but I got over that and just said to myself im doing this for me not for them for me. but if you still dont feel motovated to walk outside bring the walking to you. do you have a treadmill? You dont? then borrow one from somebody!!! ; - ) ( ps i let food get me in big trouble dont get that obsessed)
