im on hte slimfast diet...i do this:
breakfast: slimfast shake
snack: 1 serving fruit
lunch: slimfast shake and 1 serving vegitable
snack: 1 serving fruit
dinner: small bit of meat or fish, salad, water, rice or noodles
snack: 1 serving fruit
and then i walk about 3.6 miles every day. i lost 6 lbs in this first 2 weeks.
