Hey! I think you can do it if you try. Lose weight for you not for your mommy! If you don't know what to do talk to your parnets. But what I do is walk 25 mins. every night, cut your food in half, cut down on junk food, and drink lots of water because it makes you less hunry. You also have to believe in yourself. I now you can do just work hard. Good luck!
