to leslie, I weighed 167 1/2 lbs. I'm 5'4" and I now weigh 156 1/4 lbs. I messed up once out of the whole 4 weeks. I felt horrible the whole day. So I pretended like I would start over the next day (only i stopped pigging out the day i messed up first) And I know I don't want to feel bad like that again.
