Hi i just wanted to let u know starvin urself isn't good. it won't help..u could end up in the hospital and it messes up your body..when i say messes up your body i mean if u skip a meal it sometimes make u get fatter..i read that in about 10 places. it has to do with your body. when u go to sleep your body goes into low so when u wake up it goes back to high when you eat so if you skip breakfast and dont eat until lunch then your body doesn't go into high until then and so you could be burnin 2wice as much fat if you ate breakfast.
