(the winning points diet) I can eat whatever I want, only I must have 5 veggies/fruits a day, 3 glasses of milk, and 6 8oz. glasses of water. I exercise 6 days a week. Doing beachbody workout tapes. I've lost 9lbs, and I've been doing it for 3 weeks. |
