I am the same exact way. I have a bigger size than my mom. I feel so embarrassed when people know what size I wear. My mom feels so bad for me, but she doesn't know how it really feels. I heard about Tae Bo and how you can lose weight from doing the exercise. You should maybe consider buying the video... just like I am.
