hey! thanks i really appreciate it. i'm not sure, i just keep my eye on what i want. I keep a pair of my old size 8 jeans hanging on my dresser. And I've promised to fit in them by the end of the year. ;-) You guys can do well. Just put your mind too it, and you can achieve anything. Also, I'm a Christian, so I've asked God everyday to give me the strength to keep going. And ask him to help me lose weight.
