in the morning, before breakfast. Just try. If you get in the habit of doing it, it will obviously become a habit. Try doing it will music, that makes you move. It will help keep your mind off the pain...:-P Also, after you make it a habit, you will get stronger, and exercise will get more easy and dare i say...fun?
