| Reply from ~Leslie~, Age 14 - 8/5/02 - IP#: 24.128.71.xxx bigbb-c5457 Starving yourself will make you lose ~*~Water Weight~*~ If you starve yourself or go on a diet where you drink fluids instead of meals then you will lose Water Weight. The second you go back to normal eating you will gain all that Water Weight back and it will come back as fat. You dont want to starve yourself becuz there is no good coming out of it... you will lose water weight and as i said before you will go back to normal foods you will gain it back as FAT. And you know you cant stay on a starving diet. Just try and cut out sweets from your diet and moving around more. Excersize dont have to be running swimming or jumproping or that jazz... it can be as simple as moving your arms up and down or tapping your feet while sitting... EXCERSIZE~any thing that gets you moving;ANY PART OF YOUR BODY . Good luck !! |
