Dont do suicide..... just try this: Take what you would normally eat and cut it in half. Put half back for later. Try to eat only when you are hungry and stop when you arent anymore, not stuffed. Also try and get some exercise, doing laps in a pool is the best! If you follow the eating thing you can eat what you feel like, but only when you are hungry. I'm 5'3'' also, and about 107-108 lbs. It works! You should lose about 3-5 lbs the first week, then 2 or 3 the weeks after. Good luck!
