hey.... how i loos weight is eat a @ 10 eat a lil breakfest @1 or 2 eat a good lunch and 5 eat a lil supper and no eatting after 6 unless it is fruits and i only drink water excrise a lot by runing jogging sit ups jump ropes dancing riding my bike and just different things like that Koll e-mail me at sportsgrl_05@hotmail.com
