hey... 1st off i lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks lil did i know it was coming back slowly and i got off my diet and then last week i started again so...i have lost about 5lbs in 1 1/2 weeks i started off at 130 and i went down to 123 went all the way back up to 130 and came down to...125 what i do is eat a lil breakfest a somewhat big lunch (or a normal) and a ok supper and lots of fruits... i do lots of jumping jax and i jump the rope i dance to songs and just run around i go on lots of runs and bike rides with friends.... the best thing to do is get a friend to support u and help u though it but it has to be like ur best friend that is what me and my best friend is doing we trying to get to 100lbs and when we get tehre we will continu to eat right and exersize but we will eat more and still keep it off thanks if u got ? e-mail me sportsgrl_05@hotmail.com
