Hi guys, i really really want to lose weight. when i look at my self "its the need" and i need tips. i excersize about 2 and a half hours a day and skip breakfast and i DONT want to take ne chances by eating a lot of calories to boost matabolism. if ur like me, lets talk cuz i need someone with the expierence, tips, and stuff like that:) by the way. im 119 lbs and 5'3..this stinks
