| Reply from CHLOE, Age 13 - 7/30/02 - IP#: 207.50.85.xxx bigbb-c5366 OKAY SARA I HAVE FOUND THE COOLEST THING!!!IN THE MORNING TAKE A 45 MINUTE WALK WHILE LISTENING TOMUSIC OR SOME THING BUT HAVE A THING OF YOGURT FOR BREAKFAST A VEGGIE SANDWICH FOR LUNCH AND LIMITED PORTIONS OF WHATEVER FOR DINNER. BUT DONT SNACK UNLESS YOU SNACK ON PICKLES.PICKLES ARE FAT FREE AND THEY MAKE YOU THIRSTY.I KNOW EVERYBODY SAYS DRINK ALOT OF WATER , BUT WATER WEIGHT IS GOOD.IT MIGHT SAY 2 LBS EXTRA BUT IN 2 DAYS THOSE 4 LBS WILL BE MUCH MUCH LESS. AND ALSO A WALK AFTER DINNER FOR 45 OR LONGER.THIS MIGHT NOT SOUND PRO FESSIONAL BUT IT HELPS YOU SHED POUNDS FAST. DONT FORGET WALKING!! REALLY IMPORTANT!! |
