i had same prob when i started my chart. it was cuz the cookies on my cmputer got erased each time i shut my computer down. u got to go to internet settings an set cookies to not delete. u also cuold maybe have a program that deletes cookies to. Sean 13 in th chat room has the 'window washer" thing that erase his cookies so his name wasnt there. his dad turned it off. get ur dad to help u, or u can write to this site cuz theyr nice and theyll help u . - h.
