It sounds like you need to tone up though... i would recommend excersizes like pushups and situps to tone up problem areas. Climbing the stairs does wonders and so does riding a bike. Drink tons of water but no more than a gallon a day. Go by the old but effective rule 8 a day. I hope you found some of this helpfull ... good luck |
