| Reply from Rachel, Age 16 - 7/28/02 - IP#: 216.154.7.xxx bigbb-c5320 try to change ur eating habit. like eat more fruit anf veggies, less fatty food. the eating habit has to be long-term one. meaning u haveto be able to eat like that forever, cuz if u go on crash diet and eat really small amount of food or only fruit and veggies for example, and when u lose weight and go back to ur old eating habit, u will gain weight back. so start slowly. |
