Hey. Um, i'm not offended. Just interested. Why do you think I'm not overweight? I'm giving people advice on what I am doing and what have worked for me because, maybe it will work for one of them too. I am overweight, I'm 163 1/4 lbs and 5'4". So yes, I am overweight. But I'm also trying to help others lose too. ;-P why didnt u think im overweight?
