| Reply from Rachel, Age 16 - 7/27/02 - IP#: 216.154.13.xxx bigbb-c5296 i heard that spinning a hula hoop around ur waist help u lose inches off. and all u have to do is 10 minutes of this a day and u will lose at least 2 inches off ur waist and 2 lbs a month just by doing this. so if u combine hula hoop with other types of exercise and healthy diet, i think u will lose a lot of weight. i just satrted doing hula hoop. i do 5 minutes in the morning and another 5 minutes before i go to bed. hope this helped. |
