a metabolism is how fast or slow you can burn fat so if you exercise a lot and eat properly you can build or speed up your metabolism but when you dont eat at all and you even exercise you slow down your metablism allowing you not to lose weight but your body runs on carbs and when you dont eat any carbs their is nothing for your body to burn but fat so dont eat any carbs and you will lose rapid weight..
