Basicly any excersises will generaly burn the fat throughout the whole body, its impossible to focus on one part of the body (who cares what they say on tv), the body will balace its self as your burn the fat. the more overweight a person is: they can burn fat faster and more in a shorter period of time if they change their diets and do more excersize and avoid eating those unessassery foods (mayo, extra sugar, penut butter, ect...). If you do anything, you may not see results in first few weeks, but dont worry because its only the begining.
